Leather doesn’t become legendary on its own. It needs some mythologically magical products to help it achieve this aim.

Hence the Legendary Leather Kit: cleaner, brush and sealant all in one bundle. Together with a five pound saving.

  • Includes Pimp My Hide leather and vinyl cleaner, Hairy Palm cleaning brush and Fabricadabra sealant
  • Cleans and protects leather and vinyl surfaces: 'dry' finish sealant doesn't attract dirt like leather creams and ointments
  • Removes grime and then maintains a natural finish
  • Kit suitable for both deep cleaning tasks and long-term care
  • Pimp My Hide Cleaner (500 ml) – removes oils and dirt gently
  • Hairy Palm Upholstery Brush – soft, precise cleaning for crevices
  • Fabricadabra Nano Sealant (1l) – moisturises and protects
  1. Vacuum off loose debris.
  2. For vinyl and robust leather, spray Pimp My Hide over surfaces and work in with the Hairy Palm brush; for delicate finishes (or unknown ones!) use Pimp My Hide sprayed onto a damp colour-fast cloth and work the area
  3. Wipe with a separate, clean colour-fast microfibre to extract moisture and dirt
  4. Once fully dry, apply Fabricadabra evenly across the vinyl/leather and allow 15 mins or so before applying a second coat or more; then ideally allow the coatings to set-up (ie fully cure) by keeping them dry for 24 hrs
  5. Enjoy water-beading protection and fresh-looking hide for months to come

Is it safe on modern coated leather?
Some leathers - even modern finishes - can be damaged easily with strong cleaners like Pimp My Hide. Whilst the sealant will be fine to use, always be careful with the cleaning process and never use a brush if unsure. Start with a damp cloth and a light spray onto the cloth; then if all is well, use more product and a brush. If you see colour transfer from leather dye, stop. You can always recolour it if needed but hopefully no major damage will be done.

My leather is shiny, can I clean it?
Steering wheels, dashboards and seats may appear shiny and whilst this can be due to grime and contamination, it may also be the natural clearcoat (varnish) applied by the factory. Removing this will damage the leather, often appearing as dirty, sticky rolls of brown rubbery material. The more you 'clean' the more you destroy and will need to re-clearcoat the leather. So be careful what you clean. Always test on an inconspicuous area first and go carefully.

Can I use this kit on vinyl as well as leather?
Yes, both the cleaner and the sealant are suitable for vinyl. Vinyl is also a lot more robust so you can usually get stuck in with the brush.

Do I need a conditioner afterward?
For best results, follow cleaning with our sealant. You don't need a conditioner, leather food or glaze. These often attract dirt that can then be ground into the leather. Our sealant repels dirt.
