Try before you commit. Wash, prep, protect, dress and maintain... in just one kit!

Our 100ml bottles aren't just testers, they can do multiple applications in most cases and last months. And that little 30ml jar of wax? Probably enough for 3-4 coats on an average sized car. So maybe a year or more of wax protection.

Great value and a wide-reaching kit, whether it's a thoughtful gift for a car enthusiast or just your own chance to explore our specialist detailing range.

  • 8-item bundle, inc Dodo Juice car wax
  • Perfect for testing and comparing different stage products before buying full sizes; 100ml shows you what we're about and why our products are different (better!)
  • For all paint types. colours and finishes - the wax is colour-free to work on ALL paint colours not just light paints and silvers
  • Great value when trying a wide range of product types, or comparing specific products vs competitive ones in your current collection
  • Born to be Mild Shampoo (100 ml)
  • Lime Prime (100ml)
  • Flies Undone (100ml)
  • Dark Matter (100ml)
  • Shine Craft (30ml)
  • Cabin Krug (100ml)
  • Clearly Menthol (100ml)
  • Mint Condition (100ml)
  1. Pre-wash car with a pressure washer first to remove loose dirt and debris
  2. Deal with one or two areas of heavy contamination with a squirt of Flies Undone - debugging the worst parts of the front bumper perhaps
  3. Wash with Born to be Mild pH neutral detailing shampoo, ideally using the twin bucket method, then rinse with water and dry with a soft microfibre drying towel
  4. Prep paint with Lime Prime polish, applied by microfibre/foam applicator pad and then buffed with a soft microfibre cloth until a high shine is achieved
  5. Apply a layer or two of Shinecraft wax (foam applicator pad recommended); let it haze and then buff with a soft microfibre
  6. Use Mint Condition detailing spray to remove any small marks or finger prints that remain
  7. Clean glass with Clearly Menthol glass cleaner (a glass cloth like Mint Merkin is going to help here, otherwise just use a decent microfibre)
  8. Dress exterior trim & tyres with Dark Matter (foam applicator top apply, lint-free Two Suede Blues cloth to buff, if needed)
  9. Clean and freshen up cabin interior plastics with Cabin Krug interior cleaning spray, or use it to remove spot contamination on upholstery etc.

Do the sample size bottles last long?
Our 100ml bottles are usually enough for 1–2 applications each, depending on car size and product type... the shampoo alone will make about 80 litres of wash solution (enough for 4-5 washes).

What about the wax?
The 30ml wax goes further than you'd think - about 3-4 coats on an average sized car when used sparingly. So a year or so of protection.

I have a red/black car, can I swap the wax out for a different one?
We can't customise kits, but don't fret - there's no need to swap the wax out anyway... light waxes work on all colours just fine, inc reds and blacks. If you want to experiment with the subtle dye effects of a coloured wax (typically +3-5% tint) then pop an additional 30ml in your basket but it's really not necessary. It doesn't affect actual wax performance, just a few percent in terms of finish.

Can I use all these products on one car?
Assuming it has windows, paint, tyres, trim and an interior... sure, that's what this kit is made for. You may use some products quicker than others though, so whilst some bottles may be able to do 4+ cars/applications, others may last one treatment only. It depends on the product type, application technique and size of car.

Why is there a hybrid wax in this kit?
A hybrid wax will last a few months longer than a traditional carnauba wax; around 3–5 months. This just gives a bit more value and performance from this small kit.

Does it make a good gift?
Definitely! A car enthusiast is going to have a clean car at the end of it (everyone needs some car shampoo) and a detailing expert will enjoy comparing or trying the specialist products within.
