Mint Merkin - Waffle-Weave Microfibre Glass Cloth

• Lint-free microfibre cloth with extra 'bite' made just for glass care
• Tackle smears, streaks and spots that other cloths may leave behind
• Waffle fabric also has larger surface area for more water absorption on wet windows
• Machine washable (30-40 degrees with non-bio liquid or dedicated Dodo Juice Furry Liquid detergent, no fabric softener or conditioner) before tumble drying at low heat

1. Ensure loose or heavy contamination has been removed by washing
2. Whilst you can use Mint Merkin wet or dry, it is best to use on a dry surface to minimise smears and streaks
3. Best results will result from using this cloth with a dedicated glass cleaner like Dodo Juice Clearly Menthol but if the window is wet you could just use it on its own
4. Use one side of the cloth to wipe down the glass (if cleaning both sides, go up-down on one side of the glass and left-right on the other side)
5. Then flip to the clean, dry side and buff until gleaming (again, up-down on one side and left-right on the other, if cleaning both sides)
6. Machine wash after use with a dedicated detergent like Dodo Juice Furry Liquid and avoid fabric softeners/conditioners as they will inhibit absorbency and can be smeary
7. Consider coating glass with Max Pane glass sealant

Can I use this cloth on perspex or even paint?
Mint Merkin is more aggressive than other microfibres, making it perfect for removal of stubborn residues and contaminants on glass. It may be fine on perspex or paint but there will be a slightly higher risk of marring, so avoid it and use Dodo Juice Two Suede Blues instead.

How should I wash it?
Machine wash after use with a dedicated detergent like Dodo Juice Furry Liquid and avoid fabric softeners/conditioners as they will inhibit absorbency and can be smeary. Tumble dry after on low heat.

What makes 'waffle weave' so special?
This chequered style of cloth has a larger surface area, helping it absorb water and contamination. Plus it has a bit more grab or bite in use, so it can dislodge stubborn residues more easily than deep pile microfibres (and also prevent smearing/streaking better).

Do you do other glass cloths?
We also do microsuede cloths (Two Suede Blues) without pile for the ultimate in streak and smear free glass cleaning; maybe use one of these for the final wipe if truly dedicated to the art of detailing.
