When dirt sees our TFR sprayed onto your paintwork it runs away screaming: "Crudzillaaaaaaaaaaa! Run!" A zesty, citrus-powered beast that melts traffic film and baked-on road grime before your shampoo even gets a look in.

Clean your paint as much as you can before the contact wash and your paint is going to thank you by remaining swirl-free for longer.

  • Powerful citrus-based pre-wash to cut through traffic film and grime
  • Not pH-neutral – designed to strip contamination, waxes and sealants as far as possible, before polishing, sealing, or re-waxing (use Apple iFoam for a pH-neutral snow foam pre-wash if necessary)
  • Available in 1L trigger spray or 5L refill for regular users
  1. Spray onto dirty panels, lower halves, rear sections or bug-splattered bits in the Summer; avoid sensitive finishes as far as possible, this is a strong cleaner
  2. Let it dwell for a minute or two – don’t let it dry on the car (especially in the Summer)
  3. Pressure rinse thoroughly
  4. Follow up with a contact wash if needed
  5. If chalky or cloudy residues result due to hard water deposits, these may be removed using a mild polish like Critical Finish or Lime Prime, specialist limesclae or water spot removers may also work

Will it remove my wax or sealant?
Yes, that’s the point. Crudzilla will try and strip existing protection as well as contamination, so you can start afresh. And even if it doesn't remove the strongest ceramic sealants it will leave the surface clean enough for the application of detailing products over the top of the coating.

Is it safe on all surfaces?
Keep it away from sensitive finishes: chrome trim, plastic exterior parts and dark paint in hard water areas are more susceptible to issues. Keep dwell time low if unsure, never let it dry on the panel and rinse thoroughly after use.

When should I use it?
Use it before a contact wash to remove as much grime and debris as possible so this doesn't get rubbed into the paint later (dirtier wash stage = more chance of swirl marks).

Does it smell strong?
It’s citrus-powered, so tangy by nature but this is a strong chemical – don’t go sniffing it for fun and watch out for spray in the wind or splashback. We recommend that you use eye protection and gloves when applying it, and then wash your hands thoroughly after.

Is it for maintenance washes?
Not really, it’s for deep cleans or decon washes when you want to reset the surface.
