Why choose a hard wax?
It’s economical – you use less wax and avoid overloading the applicator.
Does it give a wet look?
Yes – depth, richness and a dripping wet finish on dark paint. Not to mention some of the craziest beads you'll ever see when it rains.
How durable is it?
2–3 months depending on maintenance.
Can I apply with bare hands?
It’s easier with a foam applicator, but finger application works too - it just takes longer. Soft waxes are better for application by finger tips (not suitable for those with sensitive skin).
Can I use it on white paint?
You can, but Diamond White is the better match.
Hard vs Soft Wax - which one for you?
Softer waxes are easier to spread by palm or fingertips. Hard waxes often cure faster and go further, because they are less likely to be accidentally over-applied. Both contain similar amounts of carnauba and beeswax and performance will be similar. Harder waxes may cure better if you are new to waxing, so these may seem to offer more performance. And soft waxes may feel glossier due to their 'sorbet' like texture. It often comes down to personal preference - there's no right or wrong with wax texture, it just comes down to what you like.
