Rainforest Rub is the first carnauba wax that we made, and probably the best smelling substance on earth.

Expect fresh watermelons to shoot up your nose holes as soon as you open the lid, and then for this luscious soft wax to spread smoothly onto your car's bodywork, before curing to a buffable haze.

One microfibre later and the shine and durability say it’s more than just fragrant. It’s Dodolicious. Buy it, apply it, buff it, then check out the beading if you don't believe us!

Wax wise, this is a blend of T1 carnauba, beeswax and candelilla wax and will give 2-3 months of longevity. Recoat, or top up with a spray sealant, at that point.

A great choice for those new to detailing, new to Dodo Juice or just plain indecisive. It also suits classic paint far better than some of the modern hybrid waxes and sealants, so don't necessarily be swayed by longer-lasting alternatives. If you wax your car every month, this is easy to apply, aromatic and beads beautifully. Why go elsewhere?

Hard vs Soft Wax - which is the one for you? Whilst many of our waxes have a standard consistency, we make some of our waxes a little firmer or softer than normal. Softer waxes are easier to spread by palm or fingertips. Hard waxes often cure faster and go further, because they are less likely to be accidentally over-applied. Both contain similar amounts of carnauba and beeswax and performance will be similar. Harder waxes may cure better if you are new to waxing, so these may seem to offer more performance. And soft waxes may feel glossier due to their 'sorbet' like texture. It often comes down to personal preference - there's no right or wrong with wax texture, it just comes down to what you like.
