Only 222 of these Double Wax Runout Edition waxes were made, and we are giving £22 to charity for every wax sold. We have a few left and we'll keep on donating until they're gone.

The recipe for this special edition also had a nice twist... the hard wax changed from the carnauba wax in the original set to a high-tech synthetic wax (based on Supernatural Hybrid), guaranteeing the ultimate in twin coat performance.

So you get 200ml of soft 'substantially-natural' wax, along the same lines as Supernatural 200ml (RRP £66.95) and you also get 200ml of hybrid wax (similar to SN Hybrid which is £29.95 per 100ml!). That's almost £120 of wax, for a lot, lot less. And you'll be (via us) donating £22 to charity as well. As Stefan Dennis used to say, that's Gonna Make You Feel Good, Feel Good, That's Gonna Make You Feel Gooooood.

Hard vs Soft Wax - which is the one for you? Whilst many of our waxes have a standard consistency, we make some of our waxes a little firmer or softer than normal. Softer waxes are easier to spread by palm or fingertips. Hard waxes often cure faster and go further, because they are less likely to be accidentally over-applied. Both contain similar amounts of carnauba and beeswax and performance will be similar. Harder waxes may cure better if you are new to waxing, so these may seem to offer more performance. And soft waxes may feel glossier due to their 'sorbet' like texture. It often comes down to personal preference - there's no right or wrong with wax texture, it just comes down to what you like.

'Double Waxes' - why? When detailing was exploding in the UK back in the mid 2000s, we were at the forefront of the revolution. Back then, carnauba waxes were all the rage. You could keep your sealants and nano-ceramics hadn't come along yet. Carnauba waxes are best layered (like most products) for coverage, durability and longevity, and some commentators on the Detailing World forum liked to layer a 'glossier' soft wax over the top of a 'better curing' hard wax. No harm there, although two layers of any wax are always going to work well. So we created a specific 'Double Wax' containing both a soft wax and a hard wax, in partnership with Detailing World. When people decided that waxes should go over sealants, we changed the hard wax recipe to a hybrid wax/sealant recipe to keep up with detailing trends. We're clever like that.
